Just thinkin out loud…
Why do black women get upset that white women are posting pictures in the natural hair tag??? I mean it IS their natural hair. Since when was that a black thing?? To be natural means that there are no chemicals in your hair to alter your natural hair texture. Maybe it’s just me….but I don’t get it.
Today makes 1 year that I’ve OFFICIALLY been a teacher! Wooop woop!!! Lol :-)
Over the summer I noticed my hair getting EXTREMELY dry….soooo I started back using one of my old regimens. I used mostly water then added organix nourishing coconut milk conditioner (use whatever you like) and lots of EVOO. Works like magic :-)
Good hair
So I just caught the last 30 mins of Chris Rock’s documentary “good hair”. From what I saw….it was pretty interesting and eye opening. I didn’t know so many people had negative thoughts behind natural hair. I’ve heard that it looks less put together and all kind of craziness and I’m like really?! Me personally, I’ve never really encountered just down right negative comments on my hair…for the most part…I’m complemented. Have you had any negative comments since becoming natural or transitioning?!
